4/10/2026 Downtown Edison Park Could Get 18-Unit Condo Building - Block Club Chicago

A four-story condo building with 18 units has been proposed for downtown Edison Park. Jim Ronan, of Ronan Construction, presented the project during a Wednesday meeting of the 41st Ward Zoning Advisory Committee. The development, which would need to go before the City Council for a zoning change, would be located at 6681-6685 N. Northwest Highway, a parcel that is currently being used as a parking lot for the nearby Emerald Isle Bar and Grill.
